Where this is a red carpet, there is fashion!
The premiere of the forthcoming comedy ‘What To Expect When You’re Expecting’ took place at the Grauman’s Chinese Theatre in Hollywood this week.
As expected, the star-studded guest list did not disappoint when it came to style. Take a look at some of our favourite looks from the night.
Model and Actress Brooklyn Decker who stars in the film, wore this unusual lemon Giambattista Valli dress. All though we’re not entirely sure on the two patterns together, we applaued Decker’s interesting choice. It looks like the perfect dress to keep you cool at a premier in the Hollywood heat.
Cameron Diaz keeps it simple with this LBD by Valentino. We love the nude heels but maybe a brighter colour would have looked better against the dark dress. Either way, Diaz is showing off those luscious legs and making us all jealous as usual! Diaz plays Jules in the film, alongside Glee star Matthew Morrison.
Sabrina The Teenage Witch Star Melissa Joan Hart looked glowing (and ready to pop!) in this floral summer dress. Sometimes celebrities get it so wrong when it comes to maternity fashion but we think Melissa made a beautiful choice and more importantly it looks comfortable to! She teamed the dress up with wedges, giving her just the right amount of height and comfort.
Elizabeth Banks looked every inch the Hollywood star in this glamorous russet-colored Alexander McQueen number. The actress stars in the film and shares a personal connection with it’s subject matter. Banks and her husband producer Max Handelman welcomed their son Felix into the world last year after going through a gestational surrogate after they faces infertility. Banks says the film is more about parenting than pregnancy.
Reality TV star and Fashion Designer Whitney Port looked beautiful with her long flowing blonde waves. We’re unsure who designed this number but we’re wondering whether they took inspiration from Xena The Warrior Princess ? It’s a bit of a ‘Gladiator’ look but Whitney can pull anything off!
We’ve got to admit Yummy Mummy Jennifer Lopez stole the show for us! She donned a dramatic Champagne-hued Maria Lucia Hohan gown. The pale dress is complemented perfectly by her dark purple lips. We would kill to look as hot as this when we’re 42!
The female driven comedy hits our cinema screens on May 25th!
